It just not a lunch date but Davao lifestyle writers taste steak recipes using beef meat from Argentina brought by beef bosses Argentinian (accidental star) Nico Bolzico (husband of actress Solenn Heusaff) and French-Filipino content creator with a passion for good food, travel, and fitness Erwan Heusaff (brother of Solenn) at Bondi and Bourke Davao.
Called Bolzico’s Beef is an organic, grass-fed, hormone-free product.
It was a nutritious lunch as Chef Patrick Mccarthy (Bondi and Bourke Davao) served various recipes of lean steaks and rib eye with salad.
Introduction of Bolzico Beef was part of the promotion of Bondi and Bourke Davao where diners were treated to an exclusive, five-course Argentine fare last October 28 featuring air-flown beef and premium wines, prepared by chefs Patrick Mccarthy and Wade Watson.
Nico and Erwan teamed up with Australian chefs Mccarthy and Watson to treating lucky Davaoeños to an exclusive Argentine beef and wine dinner.
