Damosa Land Inc. is expanding by one hectare its existing subdivision Damosa Fairlane, an existing subdivision under its residential chain projects.
DLI Vice President Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo in an interview said the one hectare expansion, which will feature bigger house models, was already launched last month.
Damosa Fairlane promises an exclusive living experience through its detached home units giving homeowners to own private spaces. The development also promises endless possibilities for business and leisure activities as well as convenient access to major city landmarks and commercial establishments such as Damosa District, SM Lanang Premier, Abreeza Ayala Mall, Robinson Cybergate, Davao International Airport and other key sites in the city.
Lagdameo said that out of the 228 units for sale 96 per cent or 219 units are sold out. He said they have 54 per cent or 119 units delivered to respective homeowners.
Out of 219 units sold with additional 20 units or 11 per cent are for turn-over in the next months. Among the 119 units turned over to homeowners 88 units are now occupied.
Damosa Fairlane is located in a prime location that makes the units attractive to lessor.
Lagdameo is optimistic they will hit at least 80 per cent on house completion and turn over to buyers before the year end.
