“Isang DepEd, Isang Pamayanan, Isang Bayanihan, Para sa Handa at Ligtas na Paaralan” is this year’s theme for Brigada Eskwela. The six-day activity commenced on May 15 and is scheduled to end on May 20, where all grade levels (7-12) are enjoined to participate.
LGUs, NGOs, private corporations, students, parents, teaching and non-teaching personnel of Davao City National High School join hands for the preparation and rehabilitation of the school facilities such as pathwalk, comfort rooms and classrooms, as well as fencing, painting and gardening for beautification.
During the opening program held at the DCNHS auditorium, Councilor Mabel Sunga Acosta delivered her inspirational message to thousands of students and other stakeholders who are determined to complete the six-day event. Completers of the event will be given the Brigada Eskwela Award and will be presented during the closing program.
