An official of Globe Telecommunications on Tuesday disclosed its growth performance in the first quarter basing on the successful implementation of its programs.
Commercial Office Chief Alberto Larrazabal told Mirror that the growth rates in the neighborhood is about four to five per cent from last year.
“But that’s quite good in the context and the market has really been challenging, pricing has been coming down but we continue to grow. People are signing up for our services, the content offering is that we give and starting to take group with our subscribers,” Larrazabal said.
Larrazabal said they continue to roll out new products on both fix and mobile. Globe will also increase its fiber footprint nationwide and roll out 4G and LTE aggressively across the country.
“I think clearly the plans are doing well and obviously the spending never stops as more people, more smartphones then they will be viewing more content and we have to continuously provide,” he said.
Globe services continue to cater clients/subscribers in Davao Region. Recently, Globe first Gen3 store opened in the third floor of Gaisano Mall of Davao that promises world-class retail experience here in Davao.
