A teacher is a role model in class by teaching us the basic things we need to know especially in fulfilling our dreams to become a medical doctor, nurse, pharmacist, physical therapist, medical technologist, teacher, seaman, engineer, architect, lawyer, scientist, journalist, manager, accountant, nutritionist-dietician, among others.
Being a teacher is a noble profession or a well-respected profession that can become a ministry because teachers impart to the children how to love and fear God and show respect to other people.
For today’s professionals, our former teachers were the reason of what we are and what we have succeeded in our chosen field of work.
As a matter of fact, it is not only once a year that we should remember our former teachers whether from the elementary, high school or college levels. The Department of Education (DepEd) marked the National Teachers’ Month from September 5 to October 5 that also coincided with the National Teachers’ Day and World Teachers’ Day events.
As expected, several schools with their teachers and learners or students have celebrated with programs while some did it with a very simple party in class.
Indeed being a teacher in a private or government school means a lot of things. You are well-loved by your learners and parents as well. They learn to acknowledge the hard work you’ve been doing each day with all the preparations such as examinations or quizzes and other school activities.
To all the wonderful teachers in this world, congratulations and keep up the good work for God’s glory and honor!
