There was also entertainment as the students performed for the crowd.
“Cuisine du Marche” – a food festival, food gallery and market cuisine was an event where students served a variety of food and drinks to everyone. For the ICHEF students and the Joji Ilagan Bian College of Business and Tourism (JIB-CBT), it is an important event where they can show their skills in creating, cooking and handling business.
Through this, they experienced the real world of controlling their cost and forecasting possible profit. The event also inspired the students to pursue their culinary professions. The event was spearheaded by Ivy Chocent Badilles, ICHEF’s Epicure Elite Club Moderator with the help of Toru Quiñanola, president of the Epicure Elite Club and a 3rd year student of ICHEF taking up Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management together with the rest of the Epicure and Veden Club members.
ICHEF is the leader in Professional Global and International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship.
