Partners Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) and Dusit International announced the fast development of their upscale resort- Lubi Plantation in Kopiat Island, Mabini Compostela Valley.
Lubi Plantation, a 37-hectare master-planned resort that includes the Lubi Beach Club is designed like those Dusit owned resorts in Maldives and Phuket.
TLDC CEO Tomas Lorenzo said the project will have a Dusit Thani resort on it and will house 54 villas and 108 rooms.
At the Lubi Plantation, construction has been completed for the beach club receiving area, swimming pool, restaurant, and water sports facility. The beach club is also being eyed to be completed with function rooms for smaller groups, restaurant, and swimming pool. A portion of the beach club will also house amenities like tennis courts, arcade for indoor games for the kids, dive center, and beach volley ball.
